Early Enrichment Program- The Early Enrichment Program for 18 to 36 month old children is designed to stimulate development in the areas of language, fine and gross motor, social, emotional and daily living skills. Since intellectual growth is thought to be most rapid from birth to 3 years of age, early intervention is essential for children with developmental delays.

Activities include music, movement, and exploration of sensory modalities. These activities are adapted to meet the individual developmental needs of each child in conjunction with recommendations made by occupational, physical and speech therapists.

Special Education- State approved Pre-school is offered to 3 to 5 year olds and state approved Primary School is offered to 6 to 13 year old children who have developmental disabilities, physical disabilities and/or are medically fragile. Our pre-school, primary school and middle school are designed to offer children an intimate class setting where they can have an optimal learning experience in a nurturing and fun environment.

The maximum class size is eight at our Fair Lawn Campus and ten at our Midland Park Campus, with a certified special education teacher and almost one-to-one assistance in each classroom.

Individual Occupational, Physical, Speech/Language and feeding therapies are included. Classrooms are bright and cheerful and equipped with special computers with software, touch screens and adaptive switches. There is an extended-year program available during the month of July.

Curriculum- The framework for our curriculum is based on multiple monthly themes.  These themes are utilized across subject and therapeutic areas in order to create a cohesive and motivating learning environment.

Our classroom instruction includes sensory-based activities along with age and developmentally appropriate education lessons.  Each student has an individual Education Plan (IEP) from which all lessons and activities are based and in line with Core Curriculum Content Standards.  Our curriculum focuses on increasing communication and independence while fostering creativity and a sense of curiosity.
